At rOcktopus Art & Jewelry, we want you to love your unique purchase! If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please read our clear and simple guidelines below.
Return Policy
What Items Can Be Returned?
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging.
What Items Cannot Be Returned?
Custom-made or personalized jewelry and art pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. This is because these items were created specifically for you.
Exception: If your custom item arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
How to Return an Item:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at rocktopusartjewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and tell us why you'd like to return the item. If possible, attaching pictures of the item can help us process your request faster.
Return Authorization: Once we review your request and approve the return, we will send you an email with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and check that it meets our return conditions, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs from your original order will not be refunded.
It typically takes 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. This timeframe depends on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please follow the return process for the item you no longer want and then place a new order for the desired item. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs on returns made for exchange purposes.
Shipping Policy - Within the United States
We're happy to ship our handcrafted creations to addresses anywhere in the United States! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time:
For most items, we aim to process your order within 2 to 3 business days after we receive it.
Custom jewelry or art pieces require more time to create with care. Please allow 7 to 17 business days for processing custom orders. For larger or very specialized custom projects, the processing time may occasionally be longer. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe for your custom order once it's placed.
Shipping Options & Time:
We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options, so you can choose the speed that works best for you.
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive after processing, depending on your location within the United States.
You will see the available shipping options and their costs at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and your shipping address.
Damaged or Lost Items:
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the package (or within a reasonable time frame if lost). We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include sending a replacement (if available) or issuing a refund.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship to international addresses.
